These terms cover your use of this website and any travel arranged through Nodex Global LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”). Using the site or asking us to book means you accept them.
1. What we do
We are an independent planning and booking service. We do not fly aircraft. When we issue a ticket for you, the carrier provides the flight under its own conditions of carriage, which form part of your travel contract.
2. Prices on this site
Any fare displayed here is an example. Live prices come from the carriers and can move at any point until a ticket is issued. You always receive an itemised total – fare, taxes and any service fee – before we charge anything.
3. What we ask of you
- Supply passenger names exactly as printed on the travel document each person will use.
- Read the itinerary we send straight away and tell us about any mistake.
- Make sure every traveller has the passports, visas and health paperwork their route requires.
- Leave enough time at the airport for check-in, security and boarding.
4. Paying
We collect payment only after you approve a specific itinerary and total. The booking is final once the carrier issues the ticket.
5. Changes and refunds
Whether a ticket can be changed or refunded depends on the fare conditions set by the carrier. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we help.
6. Limits on responsibility
We cannot control delays, cancellations, timetable changes or service problems caused by carriers or other suppliers. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at the service fee you paid us.
7. Using this website
The material on this site is for general information. Please do not copy it for commercial use without asking us first.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version published on this page applies to bookings made after the revision date.
