This page describes the personal information Nodex Global LLC handles when you browse this site, write to us or ask us to arrange travel. We have tried to keep it short and readable.
The information involved
- What you send us – your name, email address and the trip details you include in a message.
- What a booking needs – passenger names, dates of birth, travel document numbers when a carrier asks for them, and the payment details required to complete the purchase.
- What your browser shares – technical details such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you open, gathered by our hosting logs and cookies.
Why we use it
- to reply to messages and prepare itinerary options
- to create, adjust or cancel bookings you have asked for
- to send confirmations, tickets and important updates about your journey
- to keep this website running safely and learn which pages are useful
- to keep the records that tax and accounting rules require
Who else sees it
Booking details go only to the parties needed to deliver the trip – for example the carrier, the reservation platform and the payment provider. We never sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Cookies
A few cookies keep the site working, and optional analytics cookies may tell us how pages are used. The Cookie Policy page explains this in more detail.
How long it is kept
Messages and booking records are stored only for as long as they serve the purposes above or for as long as the law obliges us to keep them.
Your choices
Depending on the law where you live, you can ask to see the information we hold, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Send any such request to hello@travelnodex.online.
Keeping it safe
Data travels over encrypted connections and access is limited to people who need it. No online system can promise perfect security, but we treat your details with care.
Younger travellers
This site is meant for adults. Trips for anyone under 18 should be arranged by a parent or legal guardian.
Updates
If this policy changes, the new version will replace this page and the date at the top will change.
